At Rona Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
